Hi, I'm Norica Jackson
Qualified Nutritionist & Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr)

My Story
I believe food is medicine
I grew up on a small family farm, surrounded by the rhythms of nature and the values of hard work. We didn't call it "organic" back then — it was just how we lived. Our vegetables came straight from the soil we tended ourselves, and the meat we ate was from free-range animals raised with care and respect. I didn't know it at the time, but those early years gave me a deep connection to real food — the kind that nourishes, heals, and sustains.
But life on the farm wasn't always idyllic. I watched my dad and my nan both struggle with serious cardiovascular health issues. My nan also developed Alzheimer's, and seeing her slowly change was heartbreaking. At the same time, my mum was battling depression — a quiet struggle that deeply affected our family. These experiences shaped me in powerful ways. I couldn't just stand by.
That's what led me to study nutrition — not just as a science, but as a tool for healing and prevention. I wanted to understand how food affects our hearts, our brains, our energy, and our emotions. And more than that, I wanted to help others reclaim control over their health — starting with what's on their plate.
I went on to earn a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster, graduating in 2019. Since then, I've worked with individuals to support a wide range of health goals — from stress and fatigue to chronic illness and emotional wellbeing.
Among everything else, I'm especially passionate about mental health and fertility. I believe both are deeply connected to how we nourish ourselves — physically, emotionally, and hormonally. Whether you're looking to improve mood, balance hormones, support your fertility journey, or simply feel more like yourself again, I'm here to help.
I combine my roots in natural, whole foods with evidence-based nutritional science to support others on their journey to better health. Whether you're dealing with stress, chronic illness, or just looking to feel better day to day, I'm here to guide you — with compassion, clarity, and care.
Because everyone deserves to feel well — and it starts with what we eat.
